This gives us a 360-degree view of how your body functions, and gives us all the knowledge we need to build a training plan that’s superior to anything you’ve ever experienced.
Now that we know what you’ve done before, what your lifestyle is like, and how your body moves, Dr. Aleck creates an individualized training plan for you to follow.
Your workouts are sent directly to your phone via the TrueCoach app, and every exercise is paired with a demonstration video to ensure there is no confusion on how to train through a movement.
Also, our app allows for instant communication with Dr. Aleck directly if you have questions or need encouragement. It truly is a 1 on 1 Doctor/Coach experience, from afar.
