What is included in the program?
The program includes personalized exercises based on your current hip function and goals, building on skills and mobility each week. You'll engage in functional movement assessments, sustained stretch sessions, and strength training exercises to improve hip stability and reduce the risk of injury.
3 workouts per week
- 2 follow-along mobility sessions
- 1 flexibility session
Everything will be under the guidance and support of Dr. Richmond, a mobility specialist with a wealth of knowledge and experience.
